About Us

Our simple why is that we love events and we love food. Since 2013, we have been catering events at our Spotsylvania venue, Stevenson Ridge. After close to 500 successful events, we decided it was time to venture off the Ridge and bring our talent into other venues, homes, and businesses.

Our Executive Chef, Shane Sheaffer, brings decade of experience with him including owning his own catering business and restaurant. He loves experimenting with new ingredients and food combinations, focusing on creating comfort dishes. He understands how to make a crowd happy and that is extremely important when you are cooking for a variety of palates of dietary needs.

Our event team works closely with our clients to help decide menus that fit within their needs and budget.

Our professional and friendly catering staff have been trained to provide the utmost level of customer service. We are proud to say that most of our catering staff have been with us for many years!
