Thus to serve the food, the waiter stands behind the guest and to the guest’s left, holds or supports the platter with their left hand, and serves the food with their right hand. It is common for the waiter to hold the serving-fork above the serving-spoon both in the right hand, and use the fingers to manipulate the two as a pincer for picking up and transferring the food.

The food was to DIE FOR. All weekend long from the rehearsal dinner, multiple brunches, cocktail hour food & the dinner. Like come on, how does a venue have an onsite caterer taste THAT DARN GOOD.
The courtesy, care and demeanor of the staff towards each guest was spot-on. Nikki, the Chefs and the catering staff took care of every little detail and created a showcase of unique flavors in a medley of foods that brought together various world cuisines from Latin America to the Middle East.
The catering team at Stevenson Ridge: bartenders, serving staff, and Nikki were phenomenal. The service was impeccable and I received so many compliments on our wedding day and afterwards about how smooth, kind, and professional the team was.
